Refund Policy

1. Digital Products and EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right can be waived for digital content once download or streaming has begun, provided the consumer gives prior express consent and acknowledges the loss of withdrawal right.

2. Our Policy

Before Download

If you have purchased but NOT yet downloaded the digital product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

After Download

By downloading the digital product, you:

Expressly consent to immediate delivery
Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins

This is standard practice for digital goods under EU law and prevents abuse of the refund system.

3. Exceptions

Despite the above, we will provide a refund if:

Technical issues: The file is corrupted or unreadable, and we cannot provide a working replacement
Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice
Incorrect product: You received a different product than what was advertised

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

- Your order number or email used for purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of purchase

We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through Paddle (our payment provider) within:

5-10 business days to your original payment method

The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may block future purchases.
